Our top priority is to ensure everyone’s safety. We want to ensure our customers that we are taking the following precautions:

Regular sanitization continues between clients:

 

• Wiping down beds between each client using disinfectant wipes
   

• Sterilizing equipment
   

• Disposing of any single-use items

The additional steps we have taken to prevent the spread:

 

• Gloves and masks are available for staff (while supplies last)
   

• Frequent sanitization of "high touch" items/areas to keep everyone safe and our studio clean
   

• Payment terminal will be sanitized between clients
   

• A strict policy is in place for team members who have symptoms of cough, fever or respiratory distress
   

• Self-quarantine of 14 days for staff who recently traveled to any of the affected areas
   

• Waiving cancellation fees

Please help us prevent the spread:

 

• Please DO NOT come to your service if you are exhibiting any of the following symptoms: cough, fever or difficulty breathing (cancellation fee will be waived)
   

• Pay using the payment terminal over cash to minimize contact
   

• Please come by yourself to the appointment
   

• Flexibility with scheduling or technician as we will be calling staff off should they exhibit any symptoms
